!BubbleHlp is an interactive help application. To run it, double click on its icon in the directory display.

To turn the help bubble on and off press the help key (F1). To get help information for a window, icon or menu item, point at it with the mouse.

The help bubble will disappear whenever you move the mouse or press a mouse button or a key. It will re-appear when you stop moving the mouse or release the button or key.

Bubble help's Iconbar icon can be turned on and off by pressing <Shift><Ctrl>F1.
